Fuze Receives UAE Central Bank License to Drive the Future of Payments Across MENA

Fuze Receives UAE

The UAE Central Bank’s approval puts Fuze in a position to provide businesses throughout the region with state-of-the-art, AI-powered payment infrastructure.

The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE) has formally approved Fuze’s application for a Retail Payment Services and Card Schemes (RPSCS) license, marking a critical milestone for the quickly rising leader in financial infrastructure in the Middle East.

The license allows Niobe Payment Services LLC SPC, a Fuze Group affiliate, to function as a fully regulated payment service provider.  In addition to being a licensed operator in the digital assets field, this move strengthens Fuze’s dual role in the region as a major facilitator of secure, compliant digital payment infrastructure.

“This license is a launchpad for the next generation of payments,” said Mo Ali Yusuf, CEO and Co-Founder of Fuze. “It represents a crucial step in our mission to deliver AI-enabled financial infrastructure that’s fast, secure, and built for the future. We’re honored by the trust placed in us by the Central Bank and excited to roll out cutting-edge solutions—like virtual IBANs—to support the region’s businesses.”

Reinventing Payments Through Technology

To satisfy the changing demands of the modern digital-first economy, Fuze’s recently licensed payment platform has embedded compliance, smooth user interfaces, and artificial intelligence. Faster transactions, better fraud detection, and better tools for expanding and managing payment operations will all be advantageous to businesses.

Key features of the platform include:

  • Real-time digital payments and settlements
  • AI-powered compliance and fraud detection engines
  • Virtual IBANs for streamlined fund collection and management
  • Merchant-focused tools to support UAE-based business growth

This infrastructure aligns with the UAE’s Digital Economy Strategy, which aims to double the digital economy’s contribution to GDP to 19.4% by 2032. Fuze’s offerings are designed to help achieve this goal by empowering fintechs, enterprises, and marketplaces with scalable, modular financial solutions.

Building the Financial Infrastructure of Tomorrow

Since its founding in 2023, Fuze has rapidly been known as a “Future 100” firm, collaborating closely with regulators and building credibility with banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions around South Asia, MENA, and Turkey.

With the new license in hand, Fuze is well-positioned to spearhead the next wave of digital payments by providing a versatile, plug-and-play suite of services catered to the unique requirements of contemporary companies.

As the region’s financial landscape continues to evolve, Fuze’s end-to-end infrastructure aims to support everything from crypto integration to next-gen payment rails, setting a new standard for compliant innovation in the fintech sector.
