Riyadh: UiPath, a global leader in agentic automation, has officially inaugurated its new office in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), reinforcing its long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the nation’s growing digital economy.
The opening ceremony brought together senior officials and industry leaders, including UiPath Founder and CEO Daniel Dines, Mark Gibbs, President – International at UiPath, and His Excellency Mohammed Alariefy, Assistant Deputy Minister for Digital Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT). Representatives from key Saudi customers — including Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and the Shared Services Program — also attended, highlighting the expanding role of automation and artificial intelligence in the Kingdom’s transformation agenda.
A Strategic Hub for AI and Automation in the Kingdom
The new Riyadh office is set to serve as UiPath’s regional hub for customer collaboration, innovation, and skills development. It will play a central role in supporting public and private sector organizations as they scale automation, deploy Agentic AI, and enhance operational efficiency.
UiPath solutions are already in use across several leading Saudi institutions, including Aramco, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), and the Ministry of Tourism, driving measurable improvements in productivity and digital maturity.

Building the Next Generation of Saudi Automation Talent
As part of its local commitment, UiPath has partnered with the Saudi Digital Academy (SDA) to launch the Second Edition of the Saudi Digital Academy Bootcamp, following the success of the inaugural Saudi School of Automation program last year.
Running from August 31 to November 20, 2025, the program will train and certify 25 young Saudi professionals in automation and AI technologies. Graduates will be equipped with essential skills to drive digital transformation across both government entities and private enterprises, contributing to the Kingdom’s ambition of building a knowledge-based digital economy.
The initiative aligns with the MCIT’s Digital Economy Strategy, which emphasizes human capital development and local innovation as core pillars of Vision 2030.
